My serpentine belt broke on the way home and I figured it out as it was overheating. Took it here within an hour of them closing and they happen to have a loaner car and were able to fix it real quick first thing in the morning. It's an easy job to put the belt on but it was outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back
They quickly got my car right in and found a nail in my tire. Had it repaired and got back on the road in about 20 minutes. The best part was they did it FREE and thanked me for being a first time customer. I’ll be sure to tell everyone and will be back for all future oil changes. This place has been nothing but perfect in everyway. Loaner cars in stand by quick service they are open early and just always there when I need it. My car kinda lives here and I couldn't ask for a better place to take my car lol! Thank you guys! Life saving visits!
My experience here has always been great! The service is always fast, with fair pricing and quality work. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles. I got new tires a few months ago and love them! Definitely would recommend the team here to take care of all of your automotive and tire needs!
The techs here are really good. If they tell you the part needs replacement, you should listen for your own safety. I'm a hobbyist gear head, I have rebuilt motors, but after a quick inspection they found a potential severe safety issue that I would have probably missed because that's the difference between the pro techs and an at home hobbyist gear head. It was a hard one to spot but they spotted it very quickly. A++ for the techs.
I was impressed with the team at Rowleys. I got a fair price and I especially liked their first come first serve system. I was in and out fast and on my way with some new BFG’s for my JT. I like their showroom and professional staff.
